25 years doing

acupuncture facelifts

...

I started this work

by  treating myself,

& still do it periodically,

to stay refreshed.

...

We didn’t learn a thing about cosmetic acupuncture

in acupuncture college.

I started doing acupuncture facelifts

by experimenting on myself while still in school.

Lots of dental work (injections that were done on top of my acupuncture anesthesia) left my face puffy years ago.

And there was my two-plus decade love affair with the sun.

Early in acupuncture school, I wondered what acupuncture could do for that post-dental work swelling and the health of my skin,

so I started experimenting with treatment protocols,

methods, tools and time.

I was my own long- and short-term research subject.
I am very pleased with the long-term results.

People generally think I’m

ten to fifteen years younger than my age.

My aesthetician says I don’t have sun damage on my face.

I love my acupuncture facelifts. Really!

Improve

the way you age.

Acupuncture facelifts (facial rejuvenation), work really well,

and just make you look more like yourself several years ago --

healthy, skin fresh, tighter and more plump, more even color,

fewer or no lines, more oil, more collagen, more elastin,

more life in your skin.

Tighter jawline, tighter skin, less or no sag.

And: no injections, no chemicals, no cutting.

Simply put, acupuncture facelifts work, and make you look good.

It’s a disappointment that the media spotlight's been on

the fake enhancements all these years,                                                        instead of the healthy, beneficial, effective enhancements.

If you want physical enhancements,

this is the healthy, ancient, natural way to achieve results.

In my 28 years as an acupuncturist (including my training period), I’ve experienced and witnessed acupuncture as excellent for skin health and cosmetic enhancement. It’s not an experiment. It’s natural, ancient, and it works. To me, that’s important.

And this is important to me as well: It keeps you looking like yourself. When you look in the mirror, you’ll see only yourself, not a sculptural remaking of your face based on what’s in style now or what some surgeon thought would look better, and not some filler that eventually becomes bumpy or lumpy. Your skin improves and it’s still you.

You see, this system really does nourish the skin, and this has a range of effects, from tightening the skin to smoothing out lines and wrinkles to raising sagging, to, yes, making you look much younger than your age.

And with enough use (one course of treatment of two to three times a week for six weeks is the best way to get it going and keep it going), this process can have rapid and long-term effects. It activates the skin at a cellular level and therefore cleans out cellular waste; this is improved circulation at work. It facilitates the body’s replenishment of blood, fluids and energy to the area, and therefore nourishes and replenishes elastin and collagen. And it does promote oil production, which makes or keeps your skin rich, not shriveled.

But of course, it’s not only me doing the work. This is the most essential part of this process of revitalizing and rejuvenating your skin: You have to do your part daily to keep it up. We each need to do our part daily and take care of our skin – really, our entire beings – in many ways, from eating well to sleeping enough to hydrating with filtered water and juicy, fresh organic produce, to using healthy skin care products (I use plant-based, organic product lines such as Eminence on myself), and having a facial regularly. Facials are not a luxury, though they feel like they are; they’re nourishment for the skin and dare I say? The soul. Your face is a window and what you put forth in the world, from deep inside you, your soul.

I’ve been doing acupuncture for facial rejuvenation on myself for almost two decades, and I barely have a line on my face. My skin has healthy oils and has become richer and more full recently. I do touch-ups on myself regularly. As such, I know it works, and I stand by my work.

slow down

your

aging process

Beauty is "inward moving outward" - good skin can be gotten through proper nutrition, Chinese herbs, lifestyle, and skin care which entails a long regimen. A few women have healthy skin from birth and carry it with through their life. The ancients have a saying, "You are responsible for your face after 50."
